Kim Jong Un And Donald Trump Arrange Meeting At International House Of Pancakes To Discuss Denuclearization, Favorite Flavors Of Syrup
March 9th - Following the surprising news that U.S. President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un have agreed to speak with each other in person before May, a spokesman for the White House announced that the two had arranged to meet at an International House of Pancakes (IHOP) in Seoul, South Korea.
Topics that are expected to be discussed during the meeting include the denuclearization of the Korean peninsula, fashionable haircuts, and favorite flavors of pancake syrup.
“This may very well be the most important meeting to ever take place. This is an issue that affects every single human being on the planet, and it needs to be addressed immediately,” said President Trump. “I prefer traditional maple syrup...unless of course, there are chocolate chips in my pancakes, in which case I usually go with blueberry syrup because I think the blueberry balances out the chocolate wonderfully.”
This would be the first time that a sitting U.S. President and a North Korean leader have met, signaling a potential thaw in the frosty relations between the miserable, isolated nation and North Korea.
“Look, I know that Mr. Un and I have said some pretty unfriendly things to each other over the last several months,” said Trump. “But anybody who read ‘The Art of the Deal’ knows that the secret to any positive relationship starts with pancakes. Or strippers. Pancakes or strippers.”
